The unit is located on the top floor of the Ovation on the corner of Admirals and Esquimalt Road, has a walk score of 80, a transit score of 100 and the E&N cycling trail just down the street. If you have a vehicle, it will likely spend most of its time in your secure underground parking spot. You will want to pull it out once in a while to explore all that Vancouver Island has to offer. Keep fit in the on-site gym, or walk over to the Esquimalt Rec Centre just 200 metres away. Entertain guests on the private rooftop patio, and later they can sleep in the cozy, intimate penthouse, which doubles as your reading room and triples as your home office.
Esquimalt is an evolving, vibrant community. Shop at the Red Barn, located right across the street, or walk three blocks to the Country Grocer. The Tudor House Liquor store features fine wines, craft beer, tastings and anything else you might be looking for. Saxe Point is only 2 blocks away, and is only one of many beautiful ocean walks nearby. Walk into downtown Victoria along the Songhee Walkway, and let the bus bring you home. The bus stop is right outside the door. Don’t forget to thank your bus driver! Explore the city on the water taxi. Cycle the Galloping Goose trail all the way to the Sooke pot holes, or the Lochside trail to the ferry. Esquimalt hosts all sorts of music festivals, rib fest and much more all summer long. It’s a wonderful community to call home.
